The Improvements In Cherry Packing
The old methods that were used in the produce packing business were a bit on the primitive side. They had their limitations in that they relied heavily on the use of mechanical systems that could do nothing more than sort the fruit by it’s size. The new methods that are used in cherry packing are far more advanced and rely on a more sophisticated brand of technology. The use of cameras is now the industry standard and the software that the cameras communicate with is the real key. There are rapidly transmitted images that are sent and interpreted through the programs to see that the fruit is sorted accurately.
