My friend Jenny was pretty much born with a silver spoon in her mouth. She had all the best stuff, the newest phones, electronics, she went to the best private school and was eating sushi before most of us even realized what it really was. But with the economy being bad, her family has had to scrimp a little bit on their spending. So, great time for her to get married, right? She fought and fought, but her wedding budget stayed small, and she realized that she would have to get some good DIY wedding tips if she was going to have what she wanted.For once we kind of felt the same there.
