Best to be prepared in case of emergency

Recently I moved town with my partner and our three little Jack Russell dogs, Toby, Spot and Lulu. We are renting a small but lovely beach house literally minutes to the shore and I have to say that it is very tranquil to hear the waves lapping up onto the pebbles of the beach. Our dogs enjoy swimming in the sea, although yesterday it was rather windy and rough and Spot caught his eye on a piece of driftwood in the water so he jumped in and ended up getting battered by a wave. I had to get ito the water, up to my knees and grab the little guy. He was fine, however, it did make me think about having an emergency vets number on hand, in case of necessity in the future.
