What High Cholesterol Foods You Should Avoid

Cholesterol is a natural part of your body and it is necessary for you to survive. However, elevated levels of cholesterol, specifically LDL cholesterol, can be detrimental to your health. One of the often overlooked areas of keeping your cholesterol low is to avoid high cholesterol foods in your diet. Most foods that are high in cholesterol include animal meats and dairy products. These can be anything from steaks to half and half cream for your coffee. The best thing you can do is at the very least limit your intake of these types of foods and hopefully be able to completely eliminate them.
