Finding the Right Ingredients
I’m moving out of my parents’ house next month and I’m excited but I am also scared. Knowing I can make it on my own is very different from actually doing it. There are a few things I am doing to get prepared for this move. Last week I signed up for a cooking class which starts tonight. I’m almost ready but I couldn’t find all of the ingredients locally so I had to buy Italian cheeses from an online distributor. They are supposed to be delivered today and I hope they are. I would hate to go to the first class unprepared.
