Natural ways to grow taller – How to sleep?

Most people would agree that getting 8 hours of sleep is crucial to height growth. Sleeping is one of the easiest & most natural ways to grow taller. But it is only productive when we learn how to sleep right to achieve deep sleep. More sure your room is dark and your mattress is comfortable and firm to induce deep sleep. To free your back from strain, sleep on your back with a flat pillow placed under your knees. This aligns your spine and prevents your back from any aches caused by sleeping in bend positions. Give yourself at least 8 – 9 hours of sleep everyday. Short naps do not count! When you learn to sleep right, you will be able to achieve deep sleep for natural height growth.
