Great Abdominal Workouts
At my gym I take a sample class for each new class that is offered. It is a great way to try out new types of classes to see what would be a good fit for my needs. I have found that each of these classes offers a great abdominal workout, and that by taking all of them I can create the best abdominal workout for me. I use some of the fat burning from spin class then work on toning my core with kick boxing. Aerobics and swimming work the same to burn fat and then tone up my midsection.
