Fitness Boot Camp Keeps Me In Great Shape

After I injured my back last year, I stopped working out and I started gaining weight. I even had to go out and buy some new clothes, and I hated that I had let myself go. My doctor had cleared me to start working out again, so I decided to start attending Fitness Boot Camp Sydney. It was a lot of hard work, but each time that I went I could feel myself getting stronger. The pounds and inches started coming off, and before long I was back at my ideal weight. Now I go to stay right on track with my current level of fitness.
