i am going to be doing a workout today that i have been planning tje last few days. i know what i am going to be doing and i know what the exercies are going to feel like too. i like to use visualization to keep my eye on the prize. this method really helps you to attract what it is that you are aiming for. using photos or pictures really is a good way to do this. having a really good idea of what you are going to be doing in the gym today will help you to save time. i will eat a couple of protein bars and energy bars before hand.
