Run, Lose Weight, Run
I am a neophyte runner. I participate at fun races and sometimes do road races and marathons. I’m not that great of a runner yet but I believe that out of all the sports or weigh loss routines out there, running is the fastest way to lose weight. With running, I don’t have to spend money to be a member of the gym. With running, I don’t have to buy expensive pieces of equipment. With running, I don’t even have to lessen my food intake. Running keeps my body moving all the time and an energetic body loses weight so swiftly, you won’t even know it.
