flat presses are the best!
my workout today will be only flat bench presses. i am so pressed for time that tht is all that i really have any time for. if i can even get them in. what ever i will make it work. i love this exercise. i really feel the flat version of this exercise hit my whole chest. some people think that the incline version hot the upper chest better but i do not agree. i feel that the flat version is way better. i like to use kettlebell workouts to get strong and lean too because they are new and awesome.
