How many times have you walked into a gym and witnessed some muscle-bound guy throwing bicep curls (using really heavy weights) at the speed of light? He must know what it takes to build muscle right? Not necessarily. What he is doing is using momentum to move the weight upwards, so his muscles are not getting the full workout. He would get a much better “bulking up” experience by using a lighter weight in a slow and controlled movement. He should do this exercise for one repetition past fatigue and this would be one set; he should aim for three sets. He should then rest in-between sets, but for no longer than 30 seconds. Many muscular people have gotten that way by body-weight only exercises, so super heavy weights are not always needed for building muscle. It is a much more effective muscle building (German: effektiver Muskelaufbau) to focus on stellar form and ninja-like control.

My dad loves to play golf, so I have decided that I want to buy him some gear so that he is safe from the rain. I have been looking for the best apparel and I happened to come across galvin green waterproof clothing online. Not only are they stylish in look, but they do exactly what they are made to do. I am definitely goin to go ahead and purchase this immediately and hopefully it will get here soon. I don’t want my dad to get sick from playing in the rain, so the sooner he gets it the better.

I know that I need to find some shoes that are going to be supportive, and will last a while, but I also need to find something that will make the most sense for me as it relates to the way the shoe looks. I play with a lot of guys that just do not take you seriously unless you are able to show them that you have all the right shoes and the right gear. That is why I need to get the Jordan 15 shoes. I think that is the only way that I will feel like I can walk in there.

Who would have thought there were so many extra useless calories lurking in an innocent bottle of beer, or two, or three. I have been indulging on the weekends for years and never thought much about it. Yesterday, however, one of my friends patted my paunch and sighed. He said it was too bad that I was too out of shape to play basketball anymore. I was stunned when he added, “You need to lose your beer gut.” Did I look that bad? Was my friend right? Too many beers and too little exercise had weakened my body. I doubted I could get through five minutes of one-on-one. This has got to change!

Since my son went to the golf course and signed up for lessons I thought that I might find him one of those thing that measures distance on shots made. He might find this really useful when trying to figure out which of the irons to use when driving his ball. This is really amazing actually and who would of thought they would of found some kind of GPS device to track shot distance? I found Yardage Pro carried a few different kinds and had really good pricing so I am going to order it as soon as I can, his birthday is in a few weeks.

My husband Joe likes airsoft, but it’s not really an obession with him. He likes a couple of the guns and everything, but what he really likes airsoft for is the gear. He’s always been kind of a free spirit, doesn’t care what people have to say about him, wears what he thinks is practical and comfortable. Unfortunately for me, it’s been airsoft gear for the past few years.
Now when I saw that he’s been wearing airsoft gear for the last few years, I’m talking about tactical vests for the most part. I’d be really worried if he wore the googles and helmets out as well. His kids make fun of him for it, people look at him on the street…but still he wears it.

My brother told me that he has a new Invert Mini. I did not understand him then. I did not know what he was talking about until he showed me what he meant. It was his newest paintball gun, and he told me not to tell our mother about it. Mom warned him not to buy a new paintball gun because all he ever does is play. I could not blame him if he cannot resist buying a new gun. His Invert Mini looks really good, and he told me that it is one of the best guns. Well, I just hope Mom will not find out about the gun.
