My little girl is only 4 years old and she loves to help mom in the kitchen. I think it was so cute when she took the skirt from underneath the Christmas tree and tried to use it as a apron. My little girls got into all my Aprons the other day. The took every apron that I owned and put them on. They each had five or so aprons on. Then they were ready to cook. I told them that we would make boxed pudding because it is easy. They had so much fun making stuff. When the pudding was done we decided that we would have it for a little snack with some cookies that I had in the cabinet.
