I am so excited about the new car I am going to buy. I’ve just sent off for my provisional licence. I’m a bit ahead of myself now, because it hasn’t arrived, but I’m going to buy provisional licence car insurance now so that I’m all set to go once it gets here. Hopefully in the next couple of days-although everyone’s been telling me it’ll take a few weeks to get here but, I’ve decided to be optimistic.
