My best friend Lisa is my personal trainer. She has been in the health and wellness industry ever since we graduated high school. It is something that she has always loved and wanted to do. I am so proud of her success and often tell her what and inspiration she is. She Is doing some additional Personal Trainer marketing this week and things are going very well for her. I am proud of what she has accomplished in her life and so happy that we are still friends after all of these years. She is an amazing friend to me and my entire family.
