Recognizing an Outstanding Employee with An Award Builds Morale
My son Jacob works for a company as a software engineer, and he absolutely loves his job. Recently his supervisor had an employee recognition ceremony, and Jason received one of three corporate awards, which were for perfect attendance, best innovative idea, and best team player. My son said everyone gave him a standing ovation, which thrilled him to no end. As his mother, you can only imagine the pride I’m feeling at this very moment. I thought to myself, “How did I get so lucky to have given birth to such an amazing son?”. There were several other awards that were given out as well, which ended in a picture perfect day.
