A Response To “Election Shadows Deficit Battle”

Shadow it does indeed with the August 2 default dota2 release date just one day ahead of beginning of birthday bash campaign to gather in money for President. Makes me wonder if the two dates are connected at the hip with a final final date the nation is predicted to go default and demand by President deal now ahead of his largest campaign finance gatherings. Default by this nation is the least of our worries rather it is what pushed our nation to this point that is the biggest problem. Default would be just punishment for the last 60 years of spending beyond our ability to pay

My View On “GOP Set for Big Gains As Voters Voice Frustration”

If I could vote for a non-political person I would. The republicans got us into two wars by lying to us, reduced regulations that caused the financial crisis and use foreign money and personal finance to finance their campaigns. The demomcrats can’t seem to make a decision, still have unemployment near 10% and can’t agree amoung themselves about taxing the wealthy. Neither party does what is right for the common American citizen and instead listens to only lobbyist. Even the Courts have now allowed corporations to act like individuals in contributing to campaigns. And special interest don’t even have to tell anyone where the money is coming from when they contribute to campaigns. Is it any wonder why America is in so much trouble?

The Lawyer’s Environment

The working environment of a lawyer is usually that of offices, courtrooms, and law libraries. Sometimes, they go to the homes of their clients. They also go to business places, prisons and hospitals. They may need to travel for meetings, to gather evidence, to appear before legislative bodies, other authorities and courts. Their full preparation includes understanding judicial decisions and latest news. Salary lawyers most of the time have structured schedules. Private lawyers or those attorneys who are in large firms have irregular working schedules. So if there is a schedule that you prefer, you can definitely get the working schedule that will be convenient for you.

My View On “Stock Exchanges for Local Businesses”

I think local exchanges, if designed well, will have the potential for much better oversight. By making small business adviceer state level offerings more frequent, more people can be engaged in the process. People on the local level are also more likely to interact with the business and see early warning signs. Cortese, in her Locavesting book, does a great job of showing the history of regulation and how it both costs too much (at least for the small job creating small businesses) and is provides less accountability–as we have seen from recent history with regulation at the national and international level. She also points out that only 2% of the activity on Wall Street goes to fund business development, which is a big reason we are having such a jobs problem. BTW, I recommend the e-version of Cortese’s book. Besides being available now, it has lots of references with hot links.

The Immigration Attorney Found a Way For the Family to Stay

I was very upset when I first found out that my best friend and her family were being threatened with deportation. I had not known that they were illegal and to me it didn’t matter. What did matter was finding a way for the family to remain in the United States. My best friend’s parents hired an immigration attorney to help them stay in the country. I was very happy when I found out that the attorney had found them a way to stay.

Financing Your Commercial Needs

If you plan to apply for commercial real estate mortgages, you could choose from a variety of loans that will suit your financing needs. The common commercial real estate mortgages are long term loans, short term loans and Conduit Loan. Long term loans are fixed rate loans and usually have a prepayment penalty and are typically amortized over 30 years. Short term loans may suit you if you plan on selling the property in a short period of time. Conduit loans, on the other hand, are mortgages that have lower interest rates, with longer amortization periods and can be nonrecourse loans. Nonrecourse means that you won’t be personally accounted for the loan.
