When I used to be heavy, I remember coming home from work and taking a nap on the couch. I was too tired to even take my dog for a walk, and I thought that I was just meant to be heavy. I had a health scare, and I was told to lose weight in order to protect my heart. The doctor recommended that I use medifast, and he said that it had worked for him. With that endorsement, how could I say no? I began the program, and I ate well while losing the extra weight. Now I am almost to my goal, and I have so much energy!

Since I run a travel agency people are stopping in all the time wanting to find out information. A lot of the time they have no idea what they’re looking for. That’s why I have several brochure display stands set up throughout my office. People can come in and look around, trying to find what it is that they’re looking for. Then if they have questions they can ask me about it. It makes things easier for me and for the client as well. I keep the stands well stocked with the latest information, and people can easily find what they’re looking for.

I think that it is really very important to make sure that things would go very well. It is my number one dream ever since. I just want to make sure that things will be okay which is why when I learned about the children’s church lesson curriculum I felt very happy. I am just so happy that things are working on so well. I never really thought that things could get better than this. I am really very sure that things would go so right. We are really very sure that things would be okay this way. With the children’s church lesson curriculum, things would definitely be perfect and great.

Last year my wife and I sold our family home that was far too large for us after our five children left home and built a new home that would better meet our needs. We worked with the architect and contractor to build a home that we could love, but would also allow us to benefit from the savings that renewable energy sources provide. While the initial installation cost a significant amount of money, we figure we will save around $20,000 after the investment cost over the next 10-12 years. To me that is a pretty good return on my investment.
